Unser gemeinsamer Job ist, intelligente Lösungen für unterschiedliche Kunden*innen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Abwechslung garantiert, transparente Arbeitsabläufe Pflicht. Dabei bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Projektmanagement, Konzeption, Design und Kunden. Du bist versiert in Controlling, Timing und Kommunikation - weniger bla bla, mehr ja. Passt? • Das steuern von internen und externen Web-Entwicklern

• Neue Standards entwickeln, einhalten und umsetzen

• Dokumentationen erstellen und Qualität kontrollieren

• Strukturierung und Planung von Web-Projekten

• Verantwortung für bestehende Systeme, diese in Stand halten und verbessern 

• Testen von neuen Technologien und Sprachen

• Im Team Konzepte und Lösungen erdenken

Your job is to create and implement smart solutions for various clients, together. Diversification guaranteed, transparent workflows mandatory. This includes being the link to project management, concept, design and clients. You are skilled in controlling, timing and communication – less bla bla, more yes. • Managing internal and external web developers

• Develop, comply with and implement new standards

• Creating documentation and controlling quality

• Structuring and planning web projects

• Responsibility for existing systems, maintaining and improving them 

• Testing new technologies and languages

• Conceive concepts and solutions in a team

• Du hast eine hohe strategische Lösungskompetenz

• Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und hast Kundenerfahrung

• Du bist fähig dein Team zu motivieren

• Du bist firm in PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 und CSS/SASS

• Du hast Erfahrungen mit Frameworks wie Laravel, Symfony, React, Next oder Vue

• Du kannst dich schnell in eine neue Sprache oder Framework reinarbeiten

• Du hast schon viele Webseiten und Applikationen mit APIs erstellt

• Du hast Erfahrungen in klassischen CMS (z.B. Wordpress) und Plugins (z.B. WPML)

• Du hast Erfahrungen mit Shop Systemen (e.g. Shopify, Magento)

• Du hast Erfahrungen mit Headless CMS (e.g. Contentful, Strapi)

• Du kennst dich mit Datenbanken (MySQL, MongoDB, …), Servern (Apache/Nginx, Docker, …), Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, …) und GIT aus

• Du hast dich schonmal mit UX/UI Konzepten beschäftigt und verstehst diese

• Du hast Agenturerfahrung
